DOM, MDM, CF czym się różnią?

Witam,

DiskOnModule (DOM), MDM (MicroDisk Module), CF (Compact Flash). Wszystkie te dyski bazuja na pamieci typu flash. Maja one interfejs IDE. Maja podobna zywotnosc. Czym zatem sie roznia, poza obudowa?
