FZH Siemens logik and Cmos 4000 Series

Hi,

a question:

i've a circuit that use some FZH old siemens ligic IC.Some of these are broken. One of these is a FZH101 a 4 NAND.The level of a common 4011 IC can be campatible with the other FZH101?

Thanks for any help

Pinning is as expected: Vcc N ABQ ABQ N ABQ ABQ GND

Version FZH101A has additional short circuit protection FZH101 didn´t have.

Both are quad dual input NANDs and both run on 12 or 15V.

But the CD40xx will not sink 15mA ( you may add a PNP-transistor and a pull-up ... ). And the level at the inputs may not be CMOS rail-to-rail ( but a CD4093 ... ). So it may or may not work in your circuit.

Another alternative ( that-may-or-may-not-work ) could be to patch up a circuit with a quad OP-amp or an ULN-xyz ( faster ) as output.

Simplest would be buying another FZ101A, but they are not cheap:

They want 20 EUR for one, but don´t have any in stock.
