Traduction de "Snap-back voltage".

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, je rencontre dans un datasheet un terme anglais que j'ai du mal à traduire, le voici dans le contexte:

"The ?Clamp3311P is designed to protect one data line operating up to 3.3 volts. It will present a high impedance to the protected line up to 3.3 volts. It will ?turn on? when the line voltage exceeds 3.5 volts. The device is bidirectional and may be used on lines where the signal polarity is above and below ground. These devices are not recommended for use on dc power supply lines due to their SNAP-BACK VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTIC."

Bonjour,

Je n'explique pas grand-chose mais je constate que la caractéristique I = f(V)n'est pas une fonction. Vsb < Vpt. Ce qui justifie le terme de "back" Une recherche de "snap" sur laisse comprendre que le passage de Vpt à Vsb pourrait être très rapide. Une autre recherche sur le "grand dictionnaire technologique" donne "effet rebond" pour "snap-back". Ce qui est cohérent avec le graphique.
