Dakle, trebam MOSFET sa pozitivnim Ugs0 ili jo¹ bolje sa = 0... E, sad, malo me zbunjuju "engleske" oznake toga napona po Internetu... Kako se inaèe u inozemnoj literaturi\katalozima oznaèava taj napon? hvala
