What is the difference between T-filter LP filter and RC LP filter?
I know T-filter is
---R---R--- | C |
and RC LP filter is
---R------- | C |
The differrence is just a resistor more.
What is their performance difference?

That depends very much on the impedance of whatever receives the output signal. If that impedance is very high compared to either resistor, then the second resistor has almost no effect.
If the receiving impedance is very much less than either R, then the second resistor effectively isolates the receiving impedance from the filter.
