Power supply ATX type question :-)

I have 2 boards working with each there own pc ATX power supply, TTL ic application.

Should I ( or can I) put ATX PS grounds together ?

Sure, but why not just power both from one supply? Simpler, shorter ground loops, less turn-on surge current.
