I have a southwestern bell truck telephone and I want to convert it to CB use. What do I need to do to change it? Can I just change the crystals?

If this is an old VHF radiotelephone, it will probably operate around

150 MHz - it will not be practical to modify it to operate in the 27 MHz CB band.
