Impedance of digital inputs

Would it be safe to say that ALL digital inputs (pins onmicroprocessors, microcontrollers, gates, etc.) are always high inputimpedance? i.e. When doing circuit analysis is it okay to model adigital input as a very large (100K or higher) resistance to ground?Thanks in advance...

I've seen logic chips used as audio amplifiers

but they say money is digital

Too subjective. If I have $2.39 in my pocket, and $1.59 in the bank, do I really "have money"? ;-)
