Ciao, non riesco a trovare, in negozio o in rete, il mosfet 2SJ306. Forse qualcuno può suggerirmi un equivalente ? Grazie mille.

Al volo no ma in rete ho visto che c'è il datasheet e dice:
Canale P RDSon 1.5-2 ohm (na stufa :) VDSS 250 V Id 3 A Id on-off 12 A
Fatti una ricerca su International Rectifier e trovati sto mosfet P.
