Which type of DRAM, can substitute the obsolete EDO ?

Hi all, in a project I have to find an alternative to the obsolete Samsung

K4E151612D (async DRAM 1x16M EDO). What do you suggest ? Today, in the Samsung portfolio, the only 16M DRAM is K4S161622H; could it be a correct alternative ?
