Westinghouse Journal?

Is there an online library of the Westinghouse technical journal, I think it was called "Engineer"?

Pretty sure there's some Westinghouse stuff on americanradiohistory, but didn't bother looking what.

As I recall, there's some amusing work in that journal that details MEMS (but they didn't call it that) work done back in the 1970s.

The first link just shows that it's available in hardcopy at various university libraries around the country. It's not looking good for online fulltext availability.

I was trying to find an article about static tap changing regulator for aircraft window heaters from the late 1960s. The Engineer was not as good as HPJ but it is a pity there aren't scans online.

There's a university library not far from me that I have access to which has hard copies of the journals; if you have an idea of the specific title and year for a nominal beer-money fee I can email you a scan of the article

Thanks that is a very kind offer but I finally found what I wanted in the patents that resulted from that work: US3551789A and later US4357524A.
