Wavelength and speaker

Hello everybody,I have a question about speaker cone and wavelength of sound.AS we all know the sound is a Longitudinal mechnical wave.We know the below formula too:wavelength=speed/frequencyAccording to the above formula the wavelength of a 100Hz sound wave isabout 3 meters.it means that a speaker cone must goes 3 metersahead or back to could generate that wavelength but it does not doso??so how it generates those below frequencies with that longwavelengthes?P.s a wavelength for a presure wave is the distance between 2compressions or 2 troughsThanks for any help
