Hi
I need a VOX circuit that will act as a voice operated ballance between the MIC input and the background music input .
When I speak to the mike the balance will change in favour of the mic input and vise versa .
Is there any IC that does that , or a circuit online that will do that ?

Google "ducking." I think THAT Corp makes a chip or has a circuit for the function.
Thera are such chips; toss "vogad" to a search engine. .
The general concept is called ducking. You use the rectified and filtered output of your mic channel into a VCA to drop the level of the music channel.
