Voce codec

Hi, I've a module which has direct balanced speaker, and balanced microphone interface. But this has to be interface to a bluetooth module - WML- C46 which has a PCM interface. So i need to have suitable D/A, and A/D circuit to convert this speaker/mic signals to PCM. Or is there any codec that I can use readily for this purpose?

Or, to be precise, I need to feed this microphone input through Bluetooth, and also the speaker output is to be heard on bluetooth headset.
