I was looking at the data sheet for an IC (the MAS9180, at

an IC for receiving WWVB time codes) and it describes two packages for it, TSSOP 16 or SBDIL 20.I know what a TSSOP package is, but what is SBDIL? Surface mount, or through hole? Big like DIPs, or tiny like, well, TSSOP? Most importantly, able to be soldered by someone with a slightly shaky hand, or not? :-)
