I'm sure they put quite a lot of thought into that nice round quarter of a trillion dollar figure.



Here's the part that's really going to make all this fly:



Endless Frontier [ 19th century thinking] overhauls the National Science Foundation, appropriates tens of billions for the NSF between fiscal 2022 and 2026, and establishes a Directorate for Technology and Innovation.



That new NSF directorate is going to make all the difference in world- at least to people obsessed with bureaucracy and phony over-organization psychosis.

Increase corporate tax rates.

Subsidize selected businesses.

just have top be big enough, then you can move money around the world until you don't have to pay taxes and lobby that you become a select business that needs to be subsidized
