Not knowing your language, i am making wild guesses as to what you are seeking.
1) One should be able to find transistor data sheets that give characteristic curves of collector current as a function of vollector voltage at various base drive currents. 2) For some of the theory, look to the Early effect and the standard Ebers-Moll equations as used in the variants of SPICE. Hope this is of some help.
The language looks like Polish to me, but it might be another Slav language written mostly with the Latin alphabet.
