Looks like an Asian Carp slipped past a triple barrier system they have on the Chicago River system, but since this was extensively tested for 100% in capacitation, it was most likely caused by a barge which under the right ci rcumstances can cause reverse channel flow. Chicago River is another Army C rock of Engineers fiasco where they reversed the river flow and are slowly draining Lake Michigan in excess of its recharge rate. Can we say Aral Sea?
