Sleazy tech companies avoid US tax, then expect a tax holiday to repatriate money.

Only a stupid tea bagger or libertarian would think this is a good idea.

But if we did that our exports would be cheaper and we would have to hire more people to build them. Mikek

Cisco screwed up. They should have incorporated overseas. That way, their cash would be where their HQ is. And the best markets and sales growth (think about all the networking h/w China alone needs).

They can still raise capital from US investors (I own quite a bit of foreign stock). They can build plants in the USA and hire American workers as subsidiary companies to avoid unitary taxes. And they can still distribute dividends to US investors (and without that annoying double taxation problem).

Face it. The USA is a crappy place to do business. Its a great place to sell stuff. But you want your money out of here just as fast as possible.

Na... It's only confusing to you because you simply do not understand that businesses are there to make money. Just like you have to breath are to survive, businesses have to make money or they perish.

When the libturd obonker nation thinks that businesses the free ride they need for all their social programs it simply causes those businesses to move elsewhere where they can do what they need to do to survive. It's called evolution and as much as libturds claim to be on the side of evolution they never apply it to reality. It's only used as a bludgeon against christians.

BTW, believe it or not, America is not a true capitalistic society. It is more socialist and communist than capitalist. This is why you have such confusion with American "Capitalism". Capitalism cannot work when forced to be subservient to socialist tenants. It results contradictory behavior that has no solution. Basically we are trying to force capitalism to do X and Y and X and Y are mutually contradictory. So sure "Capitalism" is going to have issues... But the issues steam from the socialist constraints put on it by libturds like yourself.
