The last time I used one of these was a long time ago.....the GP1U52X rcvr module, which was one of the few available.
Now there is a quite an assortment to choose from.
The older ones required a transistor on the data output to invert the data (using holtek ht12 encoder/decoder).
Is this still the case pretty much? Anyone know off hand?
