hi,my name is wes4723 and i will like to discuss science well i would like to one day be apart of the NASA program or be the sciencetist to be the one to design the new model shuttles for more or extra oxygen while on the venture of traveling to mars and maybe be the one on that exact shuttle. What do you think ?

I'm sory, but your "name" is certainly NOT wes4723. Those of us who care use our names. What is yours?

1st major project should be asteroid defense. 2nd major project is the earth evacuation to mars in case project 1 flops so bad that earth conditions are worse than mars. 3rd major project...make damn sure that space/time isn't hackable. This universe sucks for travel without FTL. At present, space travel tech is like worse than riding horses... it's slow and crappy! Even light speed is crap compared to how everything is spaced apart... D from BC

Human space travel in C limited space is pointless

And I'd like a pair of flux capacitors as well...

Acid or RMA?

Service to my country? Been there, Done that, and I've got my DD214 to prove it. Member of DAV #85. Michael A. Terrell Central Florida

If light speed was faster, everything would be proportionately further apart... ever think of that?

The light-speed limit is why not everything happens at once :-)

Except there is NO WAY they will make it in the proposed time frame.

Ahh..things are they where they are due to the speed of light. That's the way naturally. People tend to take nature and make it unnatural. Example: Nuclear explosions don't happen naturally on earth these days..

The idea is to find 'the trick' if it exists and to move across great distances within a short amount of time and using the least amount of energy. Unnaturally :) Has anyone said yet " That's the way the universe is...period!"

Just a little FTL evidence would be hopeful. Maybe a discovered particle that pops in and out of existence might be a hint.

Think about what has been discovered.. Neutrinos pass through the earth at the speed of light. They're going through you now :) That's freaky..
