recommend a CMOS high speed image sensor

hi, im looking for a CMOS image sensor with following features.

1) 500+ fps
2) low resoltion (VGA or below)
3) gray scale
4) low cost

i have two parts in my mind, KAC-9630 from Kodak and CYIL1SE0300 from cypress. Im wondering whether there are more such devices in the market.
