I used that one some years ago - in fact I made some suggestions for improvement in the algorithms.
I don't know whether it will "build" these days, given the changes in the GUI toolkits over the years.

That's another one I used years ago... and again, it might or might not be capable of being compiled using current libraries.
The Audacity sound editor has somewhat similar capabilities... automated crackle removal, and semi-manual "point out the glitch and it'll repair the waveform" fix-up for individual pops and ticks. I used it recently to do some cleanup on the transcription of an old LP from my collection, and the results were quite good.
