If you're sensitizing your own boards, make sure they are very clean. This means a good buffing with fine steel wool and a quick pre etch in ferric chloride, and good rinse with distilled water.

hmm... seems like a lot of work ;/ Maybe just running them through some NaOH?
The main issue I'm worried about is the process... although luckily it seems that it's not destructive to the pcb's... although since the resist is clear I can't tell ;/ was thinking about adding some food coloring to it but not sure if thats a good idea.
The instructions say that you must heat up the board for several hours then let it cool over night in a dark place. I've read somewhere that it's difficult to get an even coating which can cause major problems for obvious reasons.
