This is not a binaries newsgroup. You can post it to news:alt.binaries.schematics.electronic by attaching it as a GIF, JPEG, or other common image file. Then, post a message here giving the name of the post. If you try to post a binary file here, most people will never see it.

Most ISPs issue a home page with the account. It'll be something like me.provideraddress.com or homepages.provideraddress.com/~me or something like that. I have one at verizon, but I never use it, because I have two right here (on my end of the ADSL) that I have to manage.

Check with your ISP, and/or read your instructions. ;-)
