i have a signal wich is an AM modulated with 1Khz(square) and 400Mhz carrier. i want to see the rise/fall time , so i need to getout the carrier. i'm using scop agilent 54642.(i have problm to use a mixer),these someone have a sagestent.some software will also work thanks
If the scope has pulse width triggering you should be able to trigger on a negative pulse longer than 500us, then set the trigger level halfway between the low and high portions of the wave -- then you can just read rise and fall times.
