Protek vs. Unisource 21?

Hi:

Anyone hear of Unisource21? They are making products identical to Protek.

I wonder who actually makes them. I suppose it might not be either, but they each just label something made in some sweatshop out there...

I am also hearing comments from distributors to the effect that Protek has gone through a "management change" so that is causing some products to be delayed.

Anybody know what's going on?
