Never heard of them, and google doesn't come up with anything useful. Why do you want to use that particular brand? Are you sure that the name "claromexico" is correctly spelled?

It looks like a hybrid of 'Clarostat' and 'Mexico'. of course. It may no longer exist.

In this case, it doesn't seem to help. It give six (eight if you insist) leads, all of which fail. Three of them are the OP asking where to get the parts, in Portuguese. One is in Chinese.

I would follow up on John's hint that it may be related to the "Clarostat de Mexico", or whatever their maquiladora is called. Check out Clarostat's catalogs, the Mexican connection just seems to lead to information on their dubious labor practices in that country.

From page 11 of:

http://courses.ece.uiuc.edu/ece445/projects/spring2005/project3_final_paper.doc

the Claromexico part is listed as an \'RV4NAYSD102A\' which is a
generic US military 1000 ohm pot available from many vendors,
including Digi-Key, for USD 7.15. :-)

I didn't expect anything useful from page 11 of an academic paper. (;-) Of course;

  1. we still don't know whether Claromexico still exists;

  1. a non-military 1000 ohm pot is probably about a fifth of the price.

  2. Murphy's Law indicates that the OP doesn't want a 1000 ohm pot.

Well, we did find that Claromexico was once a source of RV4 pots.
