Anyone suggest someplace to donate some old IEEE mags & NASA Tech Briefs? Other stuff too, not sure what it is yet...

I have tried many times to get NASA to stop sending me Tech Briefs. They always do, and then start sending me the junk again a few months later. Now I just dump every copy directly into the recycle bin.

The local library?
Our local library sells magazines for 25 cents each. I saw a few issues of Flying Magazine for sale and assumed they were old issues the library was getting rid of. When I looked for current issues of Flying Magazine in the Magazine section but couldn't find them, the librarian told me, no, all of the issues of Flying Magazine for sale were donated.
