OT: Parts from China?

I had a need to get some unusual transistors and diodes (RJP30E2, RF1501TF30S, STTH1004FP and 30F123). All vendors listed by the Baby Bird (GooGull) were China (if i limit to one source for all).

Is there a better source (than UtSource)? Thanks.
