Load CD into tray, click Install when available. One is FORCED to save "Setup.exe" BUT when you run it (from your HD), you will get error message like cannot find .msi ! Well, naturally, it ain't there - it is on the CD, dummy (not you, the nameless idiot that "engineered" this stupidity). So,log back to the CD, browse it and find Setup.exe and run it there WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN EITHER BY DEFAULT OR AT WORST, A SELECTION). Then one can install it.
