As I understand it, on our campus, online journal access is available to guests (without login) at a few PCs in the library, as well as to any authenticated user of any PC anywhere on campus. For subscription reasons they can't make it available indiscriminately.
Hayden library was extremely fascist at one time.
They gave me the choice of joining the ASU alumni association or paying a fifty dollar fee for the card.
I blew them away when I paid the fifty dollars.
Many months later, they apologized and returned the money.
