As size seems to be one of the prime factors in their design, why is it that mounting seems an afterthought?
I've an old (486 class) device that was smart enough to extend the VESA mounting hole pattern *through* the case so you could sandwich the device between an arm and monitor.
But, most present day devices seem to miss out on that capability. No doubt because of the internal impact those 4 passthroughs would have??
