NPN Transistor Question

Being in the I/C biz, I don't keep up very well with what is available in the discrete transistor world.

What I'm looking for is a _readily_available_ NPN, highest fT, VCE < 15V, IC < 10mA

Suggestions?

Thanks! ...Jim Thompson

They're really amazing at low current, though. High Early voltage, good beta ar low current.

If I had a PNP to match, I could make the world's fastest SCR.

I said BVces, which by my datasheet is 13V. BVceo is much less. I quoted fT from memory, but was getting it mixed up with another device. Thanks for the corection!

What about the age-old standby, the 2N2222?
