That's the slew rate limit, 1.9 v/ns. That's not bad for a requested "100MHz op amp"

There are lots of opamps in the 10 v/ns sort of range, but most are 5 volt or 12 volt max supplies.

THS3201 is 10.5 v/ns, 1.8 GHz, abs max 16.5 volts.

+/- 7.5V is probably not good enough for the OP. He probably need at least 16 steps of 1V each, if not more. THS6022 is close, but not enough. The OP needs: 16V to 20V, 100mA to 150mA, 100MHz.

You can do:

  1. 16V, 100mA at 30MHz
  2. 16V, 100Mhz at 10mA
  3. 100MHz, 100mA at 3V

Two out of three aren't bad, as the song goes.

It turns out that 1000Base-T is multi-level to begin with. How about just using 1000Base-T Phy's and transformers?
