I used a MOT, but more oomph to it. The target managed with AC.
I used a row of halogen bulbs as a ballast for the input. 12 sockets in parallel, so I could plug in as many of any wattage I liked to change the current limit.

Yeah.... like the 5G does? Hint - all this stuff is lower frequency than visible light. You have to reach UV before it has enough energy to damage cells.
Step into my microwave oven.
Your microwave oven warms up stuff. It doesn't address any individual cell. let alone a vulnerable component of a particular cell.
The lens of you eye doesn't like being warmed up, but a cell phone lacks the power to warm it up enough to matter.
Lol. Back in the day with radar sets people did get burned But that isn't radiation damage, that's pure dielectric heating.
Infra red radiation from a fire will cook you just as well
Radar will cook you from the inside. Much faster.
Andy
Indeed, but its not direct radiation its dielectric heating
Never seen one with dots.
How can I draw the winding currents? I thought they would be in the same direction, but you say not. And what if you wound one clockwise and one anticlockwise?
First hit from google:
Only because of the power output. An equally powered radiant electric fire will cook you at the same speed.
Not remotely as fast.
Having to heat up the outside layer until it is hot enough to cook the next layer down takes ages.
Radar will get your internal organs hot enough to kill you long before your skin has started boiling.
I see. Only time I've needed phase was when I wired some secondaries in series. I did so, checked if I'd added or subtracted voltage, then reversed the connections if necessary.
So If I wind two coils round a transformer core, does the current go the same way in each?
Depends on what they are connected to.
Why would that make a difference?
Gosh, I was wrong, you DO have a sense of humor.
No, I just don't know much about transformers. My degree is in DIGITAL microelectronics.
And you got it from a US diploma mills, that sells fake degrees to people who are silly enough to think that they are worth buying.
No academic institution that I've ever been associated with has offered such a narrow degree, or would graduate a clown like you.
"Anybody can count to 1"
Really, that's a new one?
Yet some say you provided a link to a degree certificate in Physics. That of course no one else can now find.
There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.
Q. Why do mathematicians confuse Halloween and Christmas? A. Because 31 Oct = 25 Dec.
