Low cost directional couplers >100W?

Hello Folks,

Mini Circuits offers directional RF couplers at reasonable cost. However, they are all way under 100W in power rating. Is there a company that produces versions >100W?

I am not looking at the big boxes that cost hundreds of Dollars. We usually design our own but that can get old. Under 20MHz would be fine but they should be precise to a percent or so for the reflected/forward ratio, and to something like 3-5% in absolute forward power.

Joerg, Minicircuits has an application note on how to build your own. Yes, at 20MHz, they become bulky.

Thanks. However, they are a GHz shop and I guess it's all stripline and no Stockton bridges. What I saw was all above a few hundred MHz minimum.

This would be for production. Sometimes a drop-in bridge is better than having to adjust one made out of discrete parts.

Narda is only GHz. I guess to them 20MHz would look like DC.

Not really. My last one was about the size of a cigarette lighter.
