Need Male / Female IT Recruiter for Hyderabad - US Staffing.
Must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract / Permanent staffing model in the US geography
=95 Must have very good communication skills on the phone since they will be talking to US Citizens who are potential contractors/employees and Indian Citizens either on Contract or permanent.
=95 Must have complete experience of recruiting from job boards like Naukri / Monster/Dice and others.
=95 Must have extensive network with candidates in US geo and supplier organizations in the respective geo=92s.
=95 Must have appreciation of IT skills and must be good with office automation software=92s
=95 Experience in recruiting candidates in Enterprise Applications like SAP, Technology Infrastructure, Datawarehousing and QA/Testing will be a plus
=95 Must have worked in decent sized companies with a structured work and reporting environment
=95 Must be a Team Player and highly self motivated
=95 Must be a career oriented Technical Recruiter and must have a passion of working with people and recruiting people
=95 Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
=95 Must have the capability and leadership potential to move to the next level like Asst. Manager and handle clients as well
