I have too many junk boards, but they dont have HIP 6013 PWM Controller. I am looking for the chip that can replace HIP 6013. Any suggeston?

As most IC mfrs manage this function in an 8pin package, there is unlikely to be a pin-compatible substitute.
Why they ever bothered with this one, is curious.
A 70degC operating environment restriction prevents its use in any but the most benign of applications.
