Hi everyone, are there any ways to prototype with the very small DSBGA pack ages? Trying to work with a LP5560 from Texas Instruments but these chips are impossibly small (less than 1mm x 1mm). And how do you figure out whic h pin is which? There seems to be no orientation marks.
