A client of mine is in need of consulting and testing services regarding explosion proof gear for oil field use. So that would likely be HAZLOC (or in Europe ATEX). Texas would be nice but somewhere in North America including Canada would still be good. The design is no problem, we'll handle that. It's about learning what can legally be done and what can't be.
They are a start-up and the enourmous fees charged by the usual big test houses are a bit out of range right now. But it has to be a house certified to advise in that field that can also runs tests.
