From Phil Hobbs favorite spammer...

Somehow I seem to have moved from that company where I spammed newsgroups about those tiny little motors to NXP, the Phillips company. You'll forgive me I trust if I don't actually post a link to the company. I'm sure you can find it on your own.

NXP announces world's smallest high-performance MOSFET NXP Semiconductors, the independent company founded by Philips, today announced a new range of small signal MOSFET devices housed in one of the world's smallest packages, the SOT883. Boasting an ultra-small 1.0 x 0.6 mm footprint, NXP's SOT883 MOSFETs deliver power dissipation and performance comparable to SOT23, while occupying only 14 percent of the printed circuit board space.

Don't be bitter...I'm entirely without favourites among spammers. ;) Besides, I can't solder anything that small.

Cheers,

Phil Hobbs

I shall endeavor to hold up against the disappointment.

I'm still waiting for affordable reduction geared Waldos.

Should be possible with what's available now.
