I need to control a +12V power supply (0.6A) with a Xilinx Spartan3 FPGA.

The FPGA output is a 3.3V LVCMOS output.

I want to use a Fairchild FDC6324L Integrated Load Switch.

Is it possible to simply connect the ON/OFF pin of the FDC6324L to the FPGA pin to turn on/off the switch?

Yes, don't forget to add R1.
