I have noticed that a significant number of chinese electrolytic capacitor manufacturers refer(sometimes obliquely) to the fact that their caps conform to a 'standard' or to 'types' with such classifications as CD110, CD110X amongst others. What is this standard/type designation, - where can I find out about it?
