That's what I was thinking. Yes, the blades will dull quickly. There are also mini-bandsaws for sale fairly cheaply. Re-saw capability isn't needed so a bandsaw doesn't have to be very substantial (read: cheap). HF has a little
9" benchtop for $140. Should find it on sale for $100 sometime. Rikon has, from what I've heard, an excellent 10" bandsaw on sale for $200.
That's an interesting method Jim. I Googled 'wet tile saw' and they are available over here from about 50 pounds which corresponds well with your 80 bucks. The only thing that puzzles me is what is a 1/16" kerf???

The "kerf" is the width of the blade or cut.
And, if you're going to be sawing FR4 at all, please take your anti-dust precautions seriously. Inhalation of fiberglass fragments doesn't seem like the best thing in the world to do...

Saw kerf is the width of material lost in the sawing process, usually some few (to several, up to 30 even;depends a lot on the "rake" {lateral offset} of the teeth of the saw blade) thoundths more than the thickness of the blade material.
