a new open source project that has three main pourpose: give to all authors of relevant scientific/cultural documentation the possibility to publish their works, give to all web users the possibility to signal web links to great papers or documents and finally offer to everybody a reference point to found technical and academic documentation in a fast ad affidable way. Project is totally open source so it's free publish,signal and download documents.
