Are there any good, or even better really good, 12v fluorescent ballast reference designs available online?
I'm not too worried about the tube construction as I'm quite flexible on what I use but something that could be interfaced to say 18/26W Biax's or a 4ft T8's or even a retrofit into a CFL base would be useful.
I've found the odd one or two on the Linear Technology site and some homebrew designs for tiny flashlight lanterns but that's about all.
