100A switch & pcb connection

I have made large flat annular rings at the pad site, and placed vias in a ring within that circle. That allows more connections between the layers and soaks heat better. I have even ran a via or two down the trace when I have them siamezed that way.

Then, you could clamp a ring lug right to the board and directly solder the switch to the ring lugs.

Hmmm. 'lectronic engineers tend to think of the PWB as primary a bit too much. Think in terms of bolting the (weaker) PWB to the (strong) = busbar.
