Replacement for BCX42 PNP transitor? FMMT55???

I am looking for replacement for an BCX42 PNP transistor that got damaged in an LCD inverter. The FMMT555A in mouser.com seems to be an ideal candidate, but the datasheet has all the voltage in negative number(for example Vcbo

-160v,Vceo -150v) and the bcx 42 has all the voltage in positive.

I am not familiar with finding the substitution for transistor. Can someone give a comment? Is FMMT55A an ideal replacement for BCX42 ?

This is just how the manuvacterer defines it, this is no problem.

I compared them. The fmmt555 seems to be better in several parameters, but there is a difference: the transistion frequency seems to be different. The manufacterers used different methods to measure several parameters, what makes comparing difficult.

I think it is safe to use the fmmt555 as replacement. Do you know the switching frequency?

Quite reasonable for a pnp transistor to be specified with negative voltage ratings. Whereas an npn transistor has the emitter connected to the negative supply and the collector positive, a pnp transistor would have the emitter connected to the positive supply with the collector negative.
