I'm looking for a "single" mode DFB lasers in the 1500..1600nm range with a high peak power. I would like to use it pulsed with a very high duty rate at a high frequency,, so a single pulse would be very short. AFAIK I can then put a much higher power into the laser diode tahn with cw mode
